ABOUT ME

A business operations professional with a broader digital skill set.

My career has never been limited to one function. I've worked with people, processes, data, customers, CRMs and digital platforms — and that combination now shapes how I approach SEO and digital work.

The story

From operations to digital.

Over more than two decades, I have worked across customer support, data processing, sales, team management, MIS, CRM administration, lead generation and digital marketing.

At DUPR, I currently manage data operations and a team of six, while also working with Monday.com, customer support, data quality and data management. Earlier roles at Universal Tennis, Rootstrap and No Nerds expanded my experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, lead research, LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.

SEO is the latest part of that progression. I have developed hands-on skills in technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO and website audits, and I intend to explore work opportunities around those skills.

What I bring

More than a list of skills.

I bring together operations, CRM, data, leadership and digital experience — so I can understand both the work itself and the systems behind it.

01

Operations & Process

Years in operations taught me to build structured workflows, manage dependencies, improve processes and keep delivery moving.

02

CRM & Systems

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Monday.com and HubSpot, including administration, data management and workflow organization.

03

Data & Quality

I work comfortably with large datasets, data quality checks, reporting and the day-to-day discipline needed to keep information reliable.

04

Leadership & Execution

I've managed teams, coordinated deliverables and supported customers while staying close to the details needed to get work completed.

How I work

The common thread.

01

Data-minded

I like clean information, measurable outcomes and processes that can be understood and improved.

02

Process-oriented

Years in operations taught me to think about workflows, dependencies, quality checks and delivery.

03

Hands-on

I don't just manage projects — I work directly with the tools, data and websites involved.

04

Always learning

Recent Salesforce and SEO certifications reflect an ongoing effort to expand my digital toolkit.
